Effective Date: 05/25/2018 CureJoy, Inc.(“CureJoy”, “We”, “Us”) respects the privacy rights of our users and is committed to protecting the information collected on our websites, including www.advizz.me and balance.advizz.me (collectively the “Website”), and through its mobile application (the “App”), (collectively, the “Services”). How do we use this information

For example, based on the history of articles read by you on the website, we determine a more relevant set of articles to recommend to you for further reading, in our recommended articles section, or as part of our infinite scroll functionality, or through browser notifications.

Newsletters

We collect information including your email address or mobile phone number to deliver alerts or e-newsletters. We use this information to complete the subscription process and provide you with information. You can opt out of these communications at any time by editing your subscription preferences.

From time to time, we may offer promotions on the Services. Such promotions may ask for your name and contact information in order to register you for the promotion.

CureJoy Balance Subscription

We may also additionally collect your gender, location (country), age, height, weight, activity level, diet preferences, and other health, wellness and lifestyle information when you sign up for and use CureJoy Balance.

Mobile App

We may also additionally collect your age, gender, location (country), and health preferences when you sign up for and use the CureJoy App.

How do we use this information

We use the above information to send you newsletters, respond to customer service requests, administer your account, respond to your questions and concerns, provide more personalized recommendations and notifications etc.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

CureJoy uses cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level, but if you choose to disable cookies, it may limit your use of certain features or functions on our website or service. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our websites. These features are not yet uniform, so we are currently not set up to respond to such signals. How long a persistent Cookie remains on your browser depends on how long the visited website has programmed the Cookie to last or they can be stored for longer. To Enhance our Services

These third parties currently may include: Appnexus, Criteo, District M, Facebook, Google, Index Exchange, OpenX, Yieldbot, Insticator, Carambola, SparcMedia.

Third Party Marketing

We provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their ads and how their ads are performing, but we don’t share information that personally identifies you (information such as your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us permission. Asset Sale
